Yep, the secret to getting my very, very picky eater (aka 7 year old K) to eat something other than melted cheese, granola bars and ice cream. This Oatmeal Banana Smoothie is spin off of my favorite baked oatmeal. Yoghurt:  I typically use either vanilla yoghurt or a slightly sweetened plain greek yoghurt in my smoothie recipes.
