Second time making this and was a hit both times! Now this pasta dish is definitely one of those one pot wonders. Delicious!! Love the flavours of this too, totally up my street. Added fresh jalapenos to mines because I like spicy foods. But I would like to buy the “exact pan.”. YUM. I released pressure after 10 minutes, added the cheese and covered it up on warm for a few minutes. My husband took the first bite and started praising the meal. I generally use about half a bag of pasta (usually packaged at 16 ounces). Awful. But unfortunately, without having tried this myself, I cannot answer with certainty. I left out the mushrooms and made my own marinara sauce. Can’t wait to make, and maybe add some wilted spinach in there too!

I used this recipe as a base because I have about 1 1/2 cups of Jambalaya (tomato based with no rice) leftovers from another meal.

I did not have too much liquid as others stated but did only use half the box of macaroni so it was 8oz as the recipe lists. This dish was fantastic! Please let me know if you have a website or where I can find more of your recipes. 3 kids ate it without complaint. Gotta love a one pot meal. Looking forward to making more of your one-pot goodies! This has very quickly become my favorite food blog. I didn’t change a thing, although I used fire roasted diced tomatoes, which gave it just a little extra heat the first time (was what I had on hand)! Shredded cheese on the top is a nice touch as well. You can see my post about it at
